Happy Friday, we're off here in Vienna! Although, I guess it's not so happy for you if you're labouring on Labour Day in other parts of the world.
Bess and I saved up our pennies this year and finally got an entry level digital SLR, as we both share an interest in photography - which is what today's post is about.
I love these images from Jalopnik and the Tilt-Shift Flickr group, don't be fooled these are real scenes. A special technique is applied to produce the unique effect. You can do this to your own images at this great website, TiltShiftMaker.com. I've also found a photoshop tutorial that teaches you to replicate this effect without an expensive lens.
Come back next Friday to see the results of our own tilt-shift experiments using shots of Vienna.
Have a great weekend,
i love the effect! very cool, must try!ReplyDelete

I know, Big Chuck sure found a winner for Friday's post! We were out yesterday trying to find good shots to do this technique with, it's a little tricky - best to get to high ground, somewhere where you'll have a view.ReplyDelete
